Individuals in these roles carry out moderately complex tasks in a specialist field of expertise that requires business operations skills. They may possess substantial experience in a range of settings, but seek to further develop their skills across a wide range of business functions.

Target Client Group & Entry Requirements
- Workers with 2 – 5 years’ experience who wish to move into a leadership and management role within their industry
- Reading and writing - a learner will be able to read, comprehend and write a range of texts within a variety of contexts. (ACSF level 3)
- Oral communication - a learner will be able to use and respond to spoken language including some unfamiliar material within a variety of contexts. (ACSF level 3)
- Numeracy and mathematics - a learner will be able to recognise and use a variety of conventions and symbolism of formal mathematics. (ACSF level 3)
- Digital literacy – basic computer skills to enable them to use the learning management system, word processing tools, presentation tools and spreadsheets.

Satisfactory completion of high school - year 12 equivalence in their home country.
