The program emphasizes developing strong leadership qualities, critical thinking, and decision-making skills in complex scenarios. Practical experience is gained through case studies, simulations, and project-based assessments. By completing the Advanced Diploma of Leadership and Management Australia, individuals will be equipped with essential skills for senior roles. This program is a core component of our Leadership Management Course in Australia, ensuring comprehensive and industry-relevant training.

Requirements

The entry requirements for the Advance Diploma in Leadership and Management at Wyatt Business College are as follows:

  1. Language Proficiency:

    1. IELTS (International English Language Testing System):

      1. Overall score: 6 or higher.

      Individual component scores: At least 6 in each of the four components (Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking).

    2. Other recognized tests also fulfill the language requirements:

      1. PTE Academic (Pearson Test of English Academic): Minimum score of 50 for each component.
      2. OET (Occupational English Test): At least a grade of B for each component.
      3. Cambridge C1 Advanced test (from 12 February 2024):

      Results from the paper-based Cambridge C1 Advanced test (previously known as Cambridge English: Advanced CAE) will be accepted.

      Minimum score of 169 in each of the four components.

  2. Age Requirement:

    The minimum age for enrolment is 18 years.
  3. Documentation:

    Applicants must submit original or certified copies of all required documents along with their application. Additional information regarding the documentation requirements can be found at (www.homeaffairs.gov.au).
  4. Educational Qualifications:

    Applicants must have completed a qualification equivalent to the Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF) level 5, 6, or 7. This includes Diplomas, Advanced Diplomas, Associate Degrees, or Bachelor Degrees. Alternatively, applicants may demonstrate two years of equivalent full-time relevant workplace experience in an operational or leadership role within an enterprise. Evidence of these qualifications or experience will need to be provided during the application process.
