A real trade. A real future. Twelve months from now.
Plans change. Sometimes OVERNIGHT. But a trade qualification — once you earn it — belongs to you. No professional body can suspend it. No regulator can take it back. It travels with you, state to state, year to year.
Twelve months of real training. Classroom theory and assessment at our Bankstown campus. Hands-on practical at our purpose-built Lidcombe tiling workshop — real tiles, real adhesive, real walls. You learn surface preparation, layout, cutting, setting, grouting, and waterproofing. You learn to read a builder's plan. By month six, you're tiling on your own. By month twelve, you have a nationally recognised AQF Certificate III in your hands.
Purpose-built tiling workshop at our Lidcombe location. Wet area mock-ups, multiple substrates, every common adhesive and grout type used in the Australian residential and commercial market. Two days a week on the tools, three days a week building the knowledge to use them properly.
Working tradespeople with current industry experience. People who've laid tiles across Sydney, who know what bathroom waterproofing failure looks like, and who can teach you what gets you called back to a job versus what gets you blacklisted.
Cert III in Wall and Floor Tiling is your trade ticket. From there, articulate directly into the CPC50320 Diploma of Building and Construction (Management) — also on Wyatt's scope. The trade is the foundation. The Diploma takes you into site supervision and construction management. Where you build from there is up to you.
ANZSCO 333411 Wall and Floor Tiler is currently listed on the Department of Home Affairs Medium and Long-term Strategic Skills List (MLTSSL). Skills assessment is conducted by Trades Recognition Australia (TRA). Earnings range reflects Jobs and Skills Australia data for experienced wall and floor tilers; individual outcomes vary. Wyatt Education Group cannot guarantee visa or migration outcomes — these depend on individual circumstances assessed by DHA. Seek independent advice from a MARA-registered migration agent.
Wyatt Education Group is small on purpose. Our Director, Abhay Kumar, is in Bankstown most weeks. The team that answers your first call is the team you'll see in the corridor on your first day. There's no agent maze, no call centre, no thirty-step process. You walk in, see the workshop, meet the trainers, and decide.
Our CPC31320 training and assessment strategy was rebuilt this year to the 2025 Standards for RTOs. New units. New assessment tools. Industry-validated.
Bankstown — Level 2, 47 Rickard Rd, close to Bankstown station. Classroom theory, assessment and student services. Lidcombe — our purpose-built tiling workshop where you work the tools. Minutes from Lidcombe station with direct trains from Central, Parramatta and Bankstown.
Course advisors who speak English, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Punjabi and Nepali. Honest answers to the questions you actually want to ask. No script.
Three hours, Saturday morning at our Lidcombe tiling workshop. Meet our trainers. Lay four tiles yourself, with real adhesive and real tools. Take them home. Stay for lunch. Ask anything. Decide later.
